Communication is very important in project team members, especially in the areas of project management. Barriers of communication are the hindrances or difficulties involved in the process of communication which distort the message from being properly understood by the receiver. There a few barriers in communication that is physical barriers, perceptual barriers, emotional barriers, cultural barriers, language barriers, gender barriers, and interpersonal barriers. Maintaining communication within the team and the team and between the organizations vital to team success. This study about communication barriers in project team members lead to project failure. Problems that occur in an organization is a result of failure to communicate. Communication that one will cause problems and cause confusion and may cause a failed job done. Effective communication occurs if the receiver understands the exact information or idea that the sender intended to transmit.

This study focuss on the lack of communication in activities.

-The objective of study is to identify about communication barriers in project team in the project success.

-How far communication affect in project team members.
-what are the solution of communication barriers for team members to make sure project successful.

-Used tape for recording.
-survey questionnaire.

-The result will get from project manager.
-Used tape and record interview.
-Pick up the relevant point when interview.
-Listen carefully the tape and pick up the points.

- This result for this reserch is that project failure happend bacause the lack of communication skills between project team members.This problem cause barriers that causing conflict that lead to the project failure.
